We resize our standard lengths and widths of flexible supamag® magnetic sheet, supaferro® ferrous sheet and digifilm® ferrous media to suit your requirements.
Whether it's rolls or custom sized sheets, we'll prepare the media to meet your specification so it arrives ready to go.
We have the ability to apply a range of substrates to our flexible magnetic extrusion, flexible magnetic sheet and ferrous sheet, including, but not limited to, double-sided adhesives, printable substrates, dry wipe overlaminates, foamex and free issue printed medias.
We can die cut or kiss cut a whole host of shapes as required. Kiss cutting is the process of not totally cutting through a material, leaving the desired pieces within a whole sheet to be stripped out when required.
Our extrusion lines can produce 6 miles (10,000m) of flexible magnetic extrusion in a single working day. If we ran them for 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year, we'd have enough extrusion to reach from our factory to the other side of Europe!.
We produce extrusion with widths from 6mm to 60mm in a range of profile shapes, standard or custom, to suit our customers' applications.

Our experienced and skilled engineers manufacture the components for a large proportion of our magnetic products on a daily basis. They also produce prototypes for the bespoke solutions designed in-house, which draw on our years of expertise and knowledge. Once approved, the custom-made product will go into production, with some orders running into the tens of thousands, ensuring our engineers are always kept busy on the lathes, milling machines, grinders and injection moulder.
As you'd expect, the assemblies team works closely with our engineers, hand finishing, assembling, magnetising and inspecting the magnetic products crafted here in Sheffield prior to dispatch.
Our injection moulding facilities allow us to produce a number of standard and bespoke casings and enclosures for our magnetic products. If you have a requirement for a rubber or plastic encased magnet or sequence of magnets, we can help.
